The album name and title, Fearful Continuity, originated from the idea of going into something new but being afraid of the past repeating itself. It was a personal dive into my past, present, and future to examine what am I doing with the information I have collected along the way. What am I doing with the things I have learned, studied, observed, felt, and hurt from? The album was a deep dive into the sonic universe of my thoughts during these sessions. Ultimately, the track listing itself tells that story. From the opening track of Deep Breaths, it’s a moment of clarity before descending into heavier tracks like Exhausted Faith and Haunting Memories.
